Refund policy

Pre-Orders 
If you order Pre-order items with in stock items all items will be held and shipped together, please order separately if you would like in stock items shipped immediately. Unfortunately we can not offer cancellations on pre-orders as we place orders from the manufacturers based on pre-order sales.

Returns
All sales including pre-orders are final unless an incorrect item was shipped. In this case, you have 30 days to contact us. We do not assume responsibility for items that have been shipped. Once the item is taken to the Post Office, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
